Hi,
I have an error message on my Aranet4 "Error 0x8002"
I have taken the batteries out, replaced and then re-calibrated the device. It started to work for a short time only to quickly go back to displaying the error messgae.
Can you please advise on what I should do.
I am not aware that there has been any damage to the device.
Thanks
Kelvin Ward

Hi @aranet-techsupport
I saw your reply to Kelvin, but I only get this error once a day, maybe once a week. It immediately returns to normal operation after a few minutes, at the next cycle. Does your instruction apply to me too? It's also Error 0x8002.

Hi ckent!
This forum post explains the steps that need to be taken:

First make a manual calibration of the co2 sensors. If the error keeps coming back after it, then it is faulty and probably needs an RMA.
