My aranet4 screen is frozen, and unreachable by phone app .

  I feel like my Aranet4 has just died :
  The screen is frozen, unreachable by the app.
  Batteries removed for 20 minutes, then reinserted.
  Problem still there.
  :-(
  Can you help please?

  This looks like damage to the sensor.

  The device itself has not suffered any damage; I have always taken good care of it, and it has been functioning for years in its place under the same conditions.

  I can fill out the form, but my Aranet4 Home is no longer under warranty. Will the shipping cost be at my expense, and approximately how much would it be from France?

  Yes, the shipping cost will be at your expense. I cannot really tell how much however, the RMA team will forward more information.

  Ok, you sent me an email offering to repair the aranet4 for 100€ + all involved freit costs.
  I'm sorry but i feel this is too expensive.
