Third party data via Modbus towards the Aranet Cloud
- alexziller - Posted: 27.01.2025 22:01 - Modified: 27.10.2025 05:15 - Hello, - is there a way to integrate external modbus signals from non-Aranet sensors towards the Aranet Cloud linking the Basestation to the same modbus network of said third party sensors (f.i. via virtual components ?)
As far as I understand it is not possible ( at least from the schematics here ),- the Ar Cloud can only push/pull data to external third parties but cannot read/integrate itself data from third parties via Modbus/profinet. - In other words is monodirectional, (not bi-directional) - can you confirm this ?
[btw it would be great if it could integrate also incoming third party data]
 Thanks

Yes, Aranet Cloud currently cannot take in data from 3rd parties. It is momodirectional.
