update from 2.4.6 to 4.8.4 and now it does not work correctly...

  Does anybody know what I need to do to get my system up and running like it was back when I had version 2.4.6?

  After doing the update to 4.8.4 it does not stay connected to the cloud and i only get a brief reading after reboot.

  I need help.....

  I have contacted them and sent some file/logs and we are working through this problem.  Still no resolution.  If I reboot/restart I get one (only one) reading of the thermometers then back to nothing.  It is tough to reboot every time you need to see your array of thermometers.....??
