Unable to calibrate

I've tried to calibrate my Aranet4 CO2 monitor multiple times and it consistently end up failing with the message "CALIBRATION FAILED! Unstable Environment" I let it sit outside for an hour or so before starting the calibration. I've tried calibrating both via the app and manually. I removed the batteries and let the device sit for an hour between attempts. I even sealed it inside a plastic bag so there couldn't be any variations in the readings.
Is there any way to actually reset the device? Since it's e-ink, it just constantly shows the failure message.
I have to say I'm not too impressed with the device so far and am considering returning it for a refund.

Hi!
Remove the batteries for 15 minutes then add them back in. The screen will then change back to the measurements.
As for the "Calibration failed" problem. What is you sensors FW version? Make sure it is up to date (will show a notification to update). When connected to the home app, this can be found in the specific sensor's settings under "Advanced".
