Soil moisture sensor reports "Technical error #1" in Aranet Pro BaseStation and doesn't report new values since the first such warning e-mail.
The sensor still reports the current time when looking at the sensor details in the BaseStation GUI, updated in the configured measurement interval of 10 minutes.
=> What could be the cause for this error?
=> What can be done to make it report measurement values again?
Thanks for any help!

Hi!
Error 1 is registered on sensor, that means "No probe or sensor found on one-wire bus". Check the sensor probe and cable integrity.
So, please, check the VWC sensor and probe connection.bzara

Thanks a lot for the super-quick response!
What I have already tried:
- checked cables etc: all seems fine, no corrosion or damage visible
- cleaned the sensor from soil
- removed the battery, waited more than 20 minutes, re-inserted battery: still reports the error
- battery level is at 79% (1.4V)
background info:
- the setup was unchanged since beginning
- nothing special happened which could explain the sudden error
is there any further diagnostic that could be tried?
